Join Executive Chef Austin Fausett on our Patio & in our Chefs' Garden to harvest fresh vegetables, see how mozzarella balls are made and taste a special summer dish accompanied by a complimentary glass of refreshing Prosecco.
The demonstration includes a short walk to our Chefs' Garden where participants will learn about harvesting fresh ingredients at their peak. Upon returning to the Zorba Cocktail Bar Patio, Chef Austin will demonstrate cleaning and cutting fresh ingredients, making mozzarella balls and preparing a fresh garden salad. The demonstration will conclude with tastings.
Social distancing will be enforced. Masks are required except when drinking & dining.
