Miles will share some stories of the American banjo, its complex history, and wide array of sounds and styles. He will be joined by cellist Jill Kaeding to perform his latest compositions and renderings of J. S. Bach. Community music programs are sponsored in part by grants from the DuPage Foundation, the Illinois Arts Council Agency, and the Rice Foundation.
