The Village of Bensenville presents the July 4th LibertyFest! This celebration of America’s birthday is full of family fun and great times for everyone.
Redmond Park is located just west of County Line Road between George Street and Jefferson Street. The festival kicks off at 6pm, with a DJ spinning music, pony rides and petting zoo for the kids, and tasty options from incredible local food vendors. Additionally, Bella Vista Banquets will host a beer tent, to sell various drinks.
Uber / Lyft
Because parking is limited, consider alternative options such as Uber/Lyft. Recommended drop/pick up point: Redmond South parking lot at 639 George Street.
Festival Parking
Limited parking is available near Redmond Recreational Complex off of George &Jefferson Streets and side streets that allow parking. Please use the map to locate on-street parking. Red streets have no parking, and streets marked in blue have parking available on one side of the street.
Music
Bring your family or friends and a blanket or some camping chairs over to Redmond Park early to settle in before M.B. Entertainment hits the stage at 6pm. The music continues with live band Wild Daisy playing upbeat country at 7:30pm until the best fireworks show in the area at 9:30pm.
Vendors & Activities
This year's activities includes pony rides, a petting zoo. Make sure to stop and see Glow Zone before dusk for lighted and glowing accessories, and don't forget to visit Airbrush Eddie's to buy a custom airbrushed hat.
Food & Drinks
Try a wide array of treats from area food vendors. Everything from tacos to hot dogs, burgers to shaved ice or pizza and more! Shaved ice, soda and water are also available. Adult beverages will be available for purchase from 6 pm - 9:30 pm while supplies last. Be sure to bring your ID to get your 21+ wristband first! -
