For this special event, we will be 'meating' at the Chicago Culinary Kitchen in Palatine for a special evening of pork and cork with Lynfred Winery!
Meat and Eat while Chicago Culinary Kitchen's Pitmasters Greg and Kristina Gaardbo take you course by course on a BBQ journey! But you can't have Pork without Cork! 'Meat' Lynfred Winery's Christina Anderson-Heller as she expertly pairs each course with an artfully crafted Lynfred Wine! But don't Pork out! Our BBQ courses include buttermilk biscuits, sides of our famous pit beans, F'n Mac & cheese, elotes, and 5 courses of meat. After having our sausage, chicken, ribs, pulled pork and brisket you may not have room for dessert! So sit back, sip your wine, and sample our meats.....your to-go box is on standby!
