Celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a sweet slice of history!
Budding chefs of all ages and skill levels will make the batter for a vintage tomato soup cake, a cake from the 1930s that is dairy- and egg- free, from Fischer Farm staff. All participants will receive a recipe card and personal sized cake tin in order to bake their creations at home.
It’s history, heritage, and homemade goodness all in one! Pre-registration required by calling the Deer Grove Leisure Center at 630-766-7015.
