Spring is in the air! That means Easter is right around the corner, this year falling on April 4th. Whether you’re looking to don your Easter best for the traditional brunch or simply looking for a family activity, DuPage has you covered. What makes kids even happier than no longer having to wear a winter coat? The sheer joy of seeing the Easter bunny! Yorktown Center is offering photos with the Easter bunny from March 18th through April 3rd. Reservations preferred but walk-ins are welcome. Please be aware that your visit with the bunny will be contactless and children must keep their masks on for the photo. For safety, social distancing and physical separators will be in place while still allowing for interaction with the bunny.
Of course, you can’t forget the favorite member of your family – your pet also deserves to get in the fun! Pet photos with the Easter bunny will take place at Yorktown Center on March 23, 24 and 30.
New this year from the Lombard Park District is Breakfast with the Bunny, a socially distant event to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Register by March 22nd and all you need to do is pick up your Bunny Breakfast Box at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center the morning of March 28th. The breakfast box will be filled with everything needed for bunny pancakes, crafts and other spring activities. The Bunny will even be in attendance at pick-up to take a quick, socially distanced picture.
We think 2021 deserves unlimited champagne! The Easter Champagne Brunch at Drury Lane offer the perfect setting to make Easter a special day. Take a socially distanced photo with the Easter Bunny before indulging in roasted leg of lamb, crab cakes, and more. Top it off with unlimited champagne, mimosas, and Bellinis.

Drury Lane once again had our attention with their catchy event: The Hoppiest Time of the Year. This is a special Paint & Sip being offered on March 26th with local artist and actor Cory Goodrich who will lead you through a paint class inspired by the “hoppiest” holiday. Participate in-person or via Zoom.
Ever created a gnome out of a cupcake? The imaginative minds at the North American Pizza and Culinary Academy is offering a Kids Workshop – Gnomes and Toadstools on March 28th. Once you see the photo of this creation you’ll realize how doable and fun this would be - perfect for ages 8 and up.
