Alter Brewing Company offers three distinct locations where you can enjoy their expertly crafted beers. Their flagship taproom in Downers Grove features a modern-industrial space with a state-of-the-art, American-made 20-barrel brew house. Choose from 12 rotating taps, canned selections, and barrel-aged specialties while enjoying bites from rotating food trucks. Alter Brewing + Kitchen elevates the experience with a full-service restaurant, pairing their signature brews with a thoughtfully curated menu of elevated pub fare. The spacious setting includes a vibrant patio, perfect for enjoying a craft beer with friends. The St. Charles location brings Alter’s signature brews to the scenic Fox River, offering a welcoming taproom atmosphere with rotating drafts and special releases.

Owners Jon and April Miller were always passionate about home brewing. After learning more about the industry, the husband and wife team decided to turn their passion into a business. They believe in being fun and creative, not just with the names of their beers, but also with their events they hold in the taproom.

Ike & Oak Brewing Co. is an independently owned local craft brewery featuring handmade artisan pizza and seasonal dishes. They pride themselves on bringing together friends, families, and neighbors to share their passion for crafting the highest quality beer and food to create a stronger community. The brewery has a 10 BBL brewing system, which allows the brewery to create much smaller batches, which also allows for more creativity and flexibility.

At this brewery, noon signifies tradition and sets the schedule for the first beer. They believe that enjoying beer is about enjoying life and its moments. The Naperville location is where the majority of the brewing happens, and includes a taproom where you can enjoy one of their beers. Food trucks rotate on the weekends, or you can bring in your own food to enjoy. They also offer Saturday tours of their production area. On the other hand, the Lombard location is the original location that opened in 2014. They produce smaller, experimental batches of beer, while also having a full menu that includes appetizers, flatbreads, sandwiches and more. You can even enjoy brunch during the weekends! At both locations, you can look at their selection of brews to enjoy at home.

With a newly launched spirit and cocktail menu as well as wine offerings from their neighbors at Lynfred, Pollyanna Roselare offers a drink for everyone. Bring your own food to pair with your beverage of choice. While the weather is nice, you can bring your furry loved one to the large outdoor beer garden.

Established in 2016, Skeleton Key Brewery is a family-owned and operated microbrewery and taproom. They believe that craft beer is at its best when it blends a variety of palates and perspectives, and they aim to foster an inclusive environment in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, and respected. Their 8,500 square foot facility houses a 15 BBL steam-fired brewhouse and three taproom seating areas with two separate bars.
