Back in the early 2000’s, the simple hobby of homebrewing quickly grew into a passion and then obsession. Life took its course, jobs were worked, children were born, life changed and changed again… But as the years progressed, brewing was always there as a constant. After working through courses in the Business of Craft beer program via C.O.D., obtaining Level 1 and 2 Cicerone Certifications and spending time with the amazing crew at Skeleton Key Brewery through their Spare Keys incubator program it was time to start the real work.
We are small, but dedicated. We can’t wait to build our community and continue the work to offer fresh, local beer!
