From colorful tulips during spring to striking fall colors, the park’s ever-popular gardens feature year-round seasonal beauty. Cantigny is an excellent place to watch birds, especially in the spring and fall. Fun Fact: Studies show that spending time in nature—and simply listening to birdsong—can significantly lower stress levels and promote a sense of calm.

At the international meditation center, Science of Spirituality, wellness extends beyond meditation. Lilacia Park 

Conveniently located across the street from the Metra Station in Downtown Lombard, Lilacia Park is an 8.5-acre horticultural showcase featuring 700 lilacs and 25,000 tulips. While the park is not in peak bloom, visitors can still enjoy its beautifully maintained gardens, shaded walking paths, and peaceful green spaces throughout the park.
