    The restaurant’s contemporary American menu contains a carefully crafted selection of food and wine pairings. Executive Chef Matt McMillin has created a 110-item menu of American-fusion dishes featuring flavors from around the world. All items are paired with a wine, labeled on the menu by bin number, as suggested by the winemaker. Every single menu item is made in the company’s scratch kitchen, and incorporates peak-of-season ingredients.
