• Overview

Harvester Park is a one-of-a-kind destination where Route 66 nostalgia meets imaginative outdoor play. The park’s Route 66-themed playground replicates real roadside attractions found along the historic highway—including a custom-built, 30-foot-tall Chicago skyscraper—and invites visitors to explore, climb, splash, and discover. Nearby, a historic music barn adds interactive charm with vintage instruments and soundtracks for all ages.

Beyond the themed play area, Harvester Park features 20 active acres with amenities like lit sports courts and fields, fitness paths, and coming soon in 2025: pickleball courts, a putting green, and a butterfly garden. The additional 17 acres of natural wetlands include trails, interactive nature stations, a fishing pond, and scenic shelters perfect for low-key exploration.

Whether you're snapping a photo at the Route 66 monument or watching your kids build and explore along this historic highway reimagined, Harvester Park offers a vibrant stop along your journey.
