    The Weber Grill Restaurant is the result of years of Classic Outdoor Grilling—from the people who invented the Weber Charcoal kettle grill. You‘ll taste the difference that decades of grilling expertise make. Our secret: a commitment to using quality ingredients, innovative recipes, honed grilling technique, and Weber charcoal kettles. There is a little bit of something for everyone on our menu, however we are especially proud of our hand cut Black Angus steaks, wood smoked BBQ, fire inspired seasonal entrees, charcoal seared burgers and fresh grilled seafood. Delicious food is even better in our relaxed casual atmosphere. Tuck in on our patio next to the fireplace, or take a seat next to our open kitchen and watch our chefs prepare your meal on authentic giant Weber Charcoal Grills!

    December 2023, Weber Grill Restaurants opened a brand new space in the Lombard location- The Weber Grill Cooking School. The Weber Grill Cooking School is a custom-designed unique and dynamic learning facility dedicated to the art and skill of cooking on the grill. We offer regularly scheduled public cooking classes, interactive grilling experiences as well as guided experiences such as private parties and corporate team building events. The Cooking School at Weber Grill Restaurant offers hands-on classes for everyone, from beginners to experts. Whether you’re interested in mastering burgers, seafood, or steaks, we have a class tailored for you. Each session is led by our expert Cooking School Chef, who will guide you through the cooking and preparation process, sharing best practice tips along the way. You’ll also learn how to light and start both gas and charcoal grills, as well as how to manage grill temperatures effectively. All skill levels welcome. These classes are enjoyed most when attending with friends or loved ones. We have all the latest Weber Grills available to experience.
